Commercial laminate is the right choice for dry commercial spaces where the look of hardwood is required at a budget-conscious price point. It is not suitable for wet areas. For kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-risk spaces, LVP vinyl plank is the right product.
AC4 rated commercial laminate handles office traffic from desk chairs, foot traffic in corridors, and rolling office equipment. Floating installation over existing carpet or tile saves removal costs and reduces project time. AC5 rated laminate handles retail foot traffic including shopping carts in smaller boutique environments.
